Product Overview

This product is an anterior tooth mixed forming matrix set, integrating multiple dedicated components for anterior dental restoration. It adapts to the restoration needs of different parts of anterior teeth, aiding in accurately restoring the anatomical shape and function of anterior teeth. It supports high-temperature sterilization and is reusable, meeting the requirements of clinical dental infection control.

Usage Methods

(1) Proximal Anterior Strips (Multi-size Adaptable)
Select the appropriate size (refer to the clinical proximal space of the tooth), install it vertically on the proximal side of the anterior tooth to be restored, press the handle to make the working part tightly press against the adjacent tooth, so as to provide an interproximal shaping template for the restorative material. Cooperate with resin filling to restore the anatomical shape of the anterior interproximal surface.

(2) Double Anterior Matrix (No. 1.523 Functional Form)
Install it vertically on the anterior tooth. Its dual-position support structure can simultaneously cover the interproximal and cervical areas, providing a stable forming space for composite restoration, guiding the filling of restorative materials, and restoring the multi-surface physiological shape of the anterior tooth.

(3) Anterior Restoration Matrix (Wide/Narrow Type), Incisor Restoration Matrix
According to the actual width of the tooth (adaptable to wide/narrow types) and the incisor restoration needs (5mm matrix), install the corresponding components on the tooth position as the molding template for restorative materials (such as resin). Remove them after the material is cured to complete the shaping of single or multiple parts of anterior tooth restoration.

Sterilization Instructions
This product supports high-temperature sterilization, with the process as follows:

Pretreatment: Use a dental-specific cleaning solution and gently brush the components with a soft brush to remove residual restorative materials, blood, and other contaminants.

High-temperature sterilization: Select dental high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization equipment (such as a pulsating vacuum sterilizer), set parameters (recommended temperature: 134℃-137℃, duration: 3-5 minutes, calibrated according to the equipment). Lay the components flat in a sterilization box (with air vents) to complete sterilization, kill pathogenic microorganisms, and ensure safety for next use.
