⚠️ IMPORTANT CLINICAL HYGIENE NOTICE: Due to strict preclinical laboratory cleanliness guidelines and health cross-contamination mitigation standards, OroMed Supplies maintains a defensive return policy.
All dental simulation gear, typodont model jaws, replacement teeth, medical suture training sets, optometry practice model eyes, and physical therapy diagnostic instrumentation are entirely non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the original, factory-sealed plastic or sterile packaging has been tampered with or opened.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for simple change-of-mind purchases on opened clinical or preclinical materials. If your training gear remains 100% unopened, unused, and completely sealed within its original shipping wrap, you may request an automated return authorization within 14 days of delivery by reaching out to our digital team via sales@oromedsupplies.com.au. Return shipping logistical overheads and insurance protections remain the sole structural responsibility of the student.

Defective or Damaged Simulation Gear
If an imported piece of hardware develops a structural manufacturing fault or arrives noticeably damaged (e.g., defective screw socketing on a typodont block or a fractured goniometer rivet), we will coordinate a rapid remedy. Please email a digital photo or smartphone video clip showing the precise manufacturing defect to sales@oromedsupplies.com.au within 7 days of delivery alongside your master order confirmation code. Verified defects will receive an expedited factory replacement part or a direct transaction refund at zero secondary overhead cost to you.
