These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oromedsupplies.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make from OroMed Supplies (ABN 93 347 727 114, "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. IMPORTANT PRODUCT USE NOTICE — EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING USE ONLY
Products sold on this Site are designed for preclinical simulation, clinical skills training, and educational practice purposes only. They are NOT medical devices, are NOT sterile unless explicitly stated, and are NOT approved, certified, or intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, or care of human or animal patients. Products must not be used in any clinical, therapeutic, or patient-facing setting. You are solely responsible for using these products appropriately and in accordance with any training, institutional, or regulatory requirements that apply to you. We accept no liability for use of any product outside of its stated educational/training purpose.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order on this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to display product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However, because many products are supplied by third-party manufacturers, minor variations between the product received and its listing (such as packaging, minor design revisions, or colour) may occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless a different currency is displayed to you based on your location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OroMed Supplies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased, including but not limited to loss of use resulting from misuse of a product outside its stated educational purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to OroMed Supplies and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or to misrepresent products purchased from us (for example, reselling them as certified medical devices or sterile clinical equipment).

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
